The 18th Annual Millburn Classic Car Show was held on Sunday, May 16 with over 150 beautiful cars displayed along Millburn Avenue. There were cars in every category including trucks, cars by era, hot rods, custom, foreign, replica, military vehicles, modern modified imports, corvettes and mustangs with the years ranging from 1910 to the present. Cars owners came from all over New Jersey including one from Pennsylvania. Over 50 awards were presented including Mayors Choice Trophy Cup presented by Mayor Tom McDermott, Investors Savings Bank - Sponsor Trophy Cup presented by Don O'Dea, Manager of the Millburn Branch, and the People's Choice Trophy. Andy Permison and Lynne Raniere of The Historical Society purchased and presented a beautiful award.

In addition to our classic cars we also had 2010 cars on display. These cars were represented by Autoland, Route 22 East, DCH Millburn Audi of Maplewood, Lamborghini Bergen County of Lodi, Maplecrest Lincoln Mercury and Salerno Duane Auto Group of Summit.

Over 4,000 people attended this event while oldies music filled the air and set the mood. The Millburn Police Department had the Highway Safety Trailer available for tours while the Millburn Fire Department had the St. Barnabas Fire Safety Trailer on display. The following community organizations had a table with informational material: The Historical Society, Investors Savings Bank, Down the Block organization and The Environmental Commission. The Millburn- Short Hills First Aid Squad took blood pressure readings and distributed information.

This event was generously sponsored by our Major Sponsor, Investors Savings Bank, and our Corporate Sponsor, Century-21-Norma Altman Realtors of Millburn and sponsored and produced by Downtown Millburn.

Thank you to the Department of Public Works for all the work done throughout the day, The Millburn Police Department for planning and directing the traffic flow and supervising our event and The Township Committee for allowing this event to happen each year on the streets in Downtown Millburn.
