4-8 Inches of Snow Expected on Tuesday, Jan. 21

WEST ORANGE, NJ - The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Tuesday, with 4-8 inches of snowfall and the return of the 'polar vortex' expected.

Snow is expected to begin around 1:00 p.m. with 5-10 mph winds. Temperatures on Tuesday will see a high of 18 and lows at night in the single digits and a wind chill factor of -7. 1-3 inches is expected in the afternoon, making rush hour difficult.

Snow will continue through the evening with the potential for an additional 2 to 4 inches and wind gusts up to 30 mph. Drifting may occur with hazardous road conditions.
