Hopefully you already have Atlantic City Restaurant Week www.acrestaurantweek.com) March 3-9, 2013 on your calendar, but you may want to start grooming your palate a bit earlier and experience an exclusive Preview Event produced by the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority (ACCVA) and hosted by Atlantic City Country Club on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. "A Taste of Atlantic City Restaurant Week," an exclusive preview event, offers a VIP preview of 15 of the restaurants that are participating in Restaurant Week. Participating restaurants will showcase their best menus, all while raising funds for some area charities. Tickets go on sale Saturday, December 15, 2012.
Advance ticket purchases are recommended due to the limited number available; tickets sold at the door will be limited to the balance of tickets not sold in advance. Tickets are available only online at www.acrestaurantweek.com. But you better hurry because tickets go fast - only 300 tickets will be sold, at $35.00 each. The ticket price includes the tasting and live music. A cash bar will be available. The restaurants will serve "tasting size" portions of items that will be included on their special Restaurant Week menus, as well as specialties from their regular menus. One hundred percent of proceeds will benefit Community FoodBank of NJ/Southern Branch, Alcove of Atlantic County and the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority Foundation.
Atlantic City Restaurant Week will be held March 3-9, 2013. Many of Atlantic County's finest restaurants will serve fixed price, three-course meals, with lunches priced at $15.13 and dinners at $33.13, excluding beverage and tip.
