Advance Realty, a leading Northeast owner and developer of Class A office, mixed-use and flex-space properties, today announced that Robert Holmes has joined the company as Director of the company's land assets division, part of Advance Land Holdings LLC, a strategic investment arm of the company.

With more than 18 years in the residential real estate and construction industries, Holmes has extensive knowledge of the entire development process. At Advance, he is responsible for leading the planning, design, entitlement and development efforts associated with the overall redevelopment strategy of Advance Land Holdings LLC.

Prior to joining Advance, Holmes was vice president of Baker Residential, where he successfully completed the repositioning of several obsolete waterfront commercial sites for multifamily residential use, valued in excess of $120 million. While at Baker, Holmes was responsible for acquisitions, approvals, and project development for the company's Northern New Jersey division.
Holmes also held a leadership position as vice president with the Gale, Wentworth, and Dillion Group, where he directed the organization's infrastructure related projects in New Jersey and Florida.
Holmes is a graduate of Radford University, where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Operations Management.
