SUMMIT, NJ - Nearly a week after Tropical Storm Isaias' winds wreaked havoc on the Hilltop City's power infrastructure, Summit is now nearing full restoration. According to the Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) outage map, just 116 out of 9,267 -- 1.25 percent -- remain without power as of 12 a.m. on August 10.

JCP&L estimated that the following streets had powered restored August 9: Argyle Ct., Beacon Rd., Canterbury Ln., Cedric Rd., Chatham, Rd., Crest Dr., DeBary Pl., Dogwood Dr., Doremus St., Druid Hill Rd., Drum Hill Dr., Edgar St., Edgewood Dr., Elm Pl., Elm St., Edgewood Rd., Essex Rd., Friar Tuck Cir., Glendale Rd., Greenbriar Dr., Hobart Ave., Iris Rd., Lenox Rd., Little Wolf Rd., Londonderry Way, Lowell Ave., Maple St., Montrose Ave., Mountain Ave., New England Ave., Oak Ridge Ave., Oakland Pl., Pembroke Rd., Portland Rd., Prospect Hill Ave., Robin Hood Rd., Sheffield Rd., Summit Ave., Surrey Rd., Sweetbriar Rd., Templar Way, Tulip St., Webster Ave., Wentworth Rd., Westminster Rd.
