This year CPAW NJ has pawtnered with People for Animals, the largest low cost spay/neuter nonprofit in NJ to bring its mobile spay van to Montclair.  We believe that making these services available locally will encourage more local people to make sure that any cat under their care, companion or community outdoor cat, will receive the medical care they need.

At the top of the medical needs list is getting spay/neutered and a rabies vaccination so that we can fulfill the mission of our 2019 “Beat the Heat” campaign, saving more lives and reducing shelter intake.

Over these past three weeks CPAW NJ supporters have helped us raise $2,113 towards our Beat the Heat Campaign! Due to a generous donor who is matching each donation dollar for dollar that's a TOTAL OF $4,226! We estimate that will help cover the costs to spay/neuter about 75 feral cats!

Our newsletter delivers the local news that you can trust.

We are immensely grateful for our supporters who make it possible for us to continue helping as many cats as we can. We couldn't do this without you!

Help us continue to Beat the Heat by spreading awareness and letting your neighbors know that we are here to help.  Our Spay Van visits the Acme Markets parking lot at 510 Valley Road in Montclair the last Tuesday of every month through November.

SPECIAL OFFER for Montclair residents:  In order to celebrate, we have decided to offer the first 20 MONTCLAIR people who register their cat for this month's spay van by AUGUST 15 a savings of up to 50%:

That's $45 for companion (no shots included) or $30 for a feral (shots are included).

Montclair address required.
