Announcing HbW, a Cycling Club for Women, Launching 2014 Season of Offerings


Hilltop Bicycles is pleased to announce HbW, a new cycling club for women of all ages and cycling abilities. Founded and led by Lisa Braddock of Westfield, and sponsored by Hilltop Bicycles owners Tom Dunn and Sam Cooper, the three have joined forces to support women in cycling.  A team of 25 volunteer women cyclists are planning an amazing calendar of 2014 offerings including weekly group rides and cycling workouts, clinics on various cycling and related topics, and even spring and fall ride events in the local area!  

HbW offers a unique opportunity for women to mentor one another and stake a claim in the male-dominated sport of cycling.  HbW’s mission is to provide a supportive, friendly and encouraging environment for women of all cycling abilities to have fun, meet new friends and improve their cycling skills.  Membership as well as participation in HbW’s offerings is free.  A club waiver must be signed prior to participation.
