RPI Design Build, LLC, a local builder in Morris Plains, hosted the event for the 7th year in a row.

It was at that time, RPI Design Build, LLC, partnered up with Morris Habitat for Humanity and the Morris Plains Police Department to create and carry out the first Share the Care Run/Walk.

The first Share the Care Run/Walk had 175 participants and this year those numbers grew to  412 participants.

The Morristown Wildcat 6th grade football team along with coach Bergwall, handed out water to racers as they passed mile marker 1.

Proceeds from the Share the Care Run/Walk go to Morris Habitat for Humanity, an organization that  provides affordable housing for families in the Morris Area.
