Another Excellent National Ranking for Chatham High School

Chatham High School, fresh off its No. 1 ranking by New Jersey Monthly magazine as the top public school in the Garden State, has earned more high marks nationally in a compilation by The Daily Beast.

Chatham is ranked No. 45 nationally on The Daily Beast's list of America's Top High Schools. According to The Daily Beast, it used six categories to rank the 700 best high school's in the country. Graduation and college acceptance counted most in determining the rankings.

Chatham has a graduation rate of 99.60 percent and 98.60 of CHS students are "college bound," according to the survey.

Chatham's average SAT score is 1744 and its ACT is 26.6. More than 50 percent (50.40) of CHS students are enrolled in AP/IB courses and 82.70 percent of them pass AB/IB exams.
