LIVINGSTON, NJ – On Aug. 20, Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVencenzo announced the opening of the ARC of Essex County’s new group home for disabled, low-income adults in Livingston.

"For the new residents, this new home is a milestone achievement in their lives, and provides them the opportunity to live with greater independence and inclusion in the surrounding community,” said Linda C.
