Investigation by the Millburn Detective Bureau has resulted in the arrest of Stanley W. Pinard. On 1/22/2010 at approximately 1:44 PM Stanley W. Pinard, age 38, of Irvington was arrested for allegedly accompanying another to The Mall at Short Hills in his vehicle on 1/9/2010 and waiting in the passenger seat while a female allegedly stole a fur coat valued at $18,000.00. It is further alleged that he then drove off with the female and the coat and a third party. Millburn police officers picked up Mr. Pinard at the Essex County Jail, where he was being held on Millburn Warrants.

Mr. Pinard was also charged in connection with a 12/28/2009 theft at Saks Fifth Avenue for allegedly accompanying a female who allegedly shoplifted a Loro Piana mens coat valued at $950.00 and then driving off as security approached.

Mr. Pinard was charged with two counts of N.J.S.A. 2C: 20-7A Receiving stolen property. He was lodged in the Essex County Jail on $10,000.00 bail.
