SUMMIT, NJ -The Union County Bureau of Traffic Safety & Maintenance will commence with road construction affecting two significant thoroughfares.
Beginning on or about Oct.15, Baltusrol Road construction will result in a full road closure, for approximately four days, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In addition, Summit Avenue from Route 24 to Morris Avenue will see a partial closure on or about Oct. 16, lasting approximately nine days, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. In both cases, a clearly marked detour route will be established, however congestion is still expected.
