STANHOPE, NJ – July 5, 2018– Time for the whole family to experience adventure this summer! Have some free summer evenings and ready for a summer evening of family fun?! Families are invited to attend any of four Family Adventure Nights at Camp Wheeler or Watchung Day Camp at no cost. Program consists of archery shooting, STEM activities, BB shooting, aquatics, campfire, and S’mores making. The program is for boys and girls entering kindergarten to fifth grade. There are four nights of family adventure. The first night is free to children not enrolled in the Cub Scout program. Attend more than one night and the cost is $5 per child.
- Date #1 is on Wednesday, 07-18-2018, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Camp Wheeler (750 Waterloo Rd, Stanhope, NJ 07874) with an aquatics theme.
- Date #2 on Thursday, 07-26-18, 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Watchung Day Camp (452 New Providence Rd, Mountainside, NJ 07092) with STEM activities and campfire to follow.
- Date #3 on Wednesday, 08-01-2018, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Camp Wheeler (750 Waterloo Rd, Stanhope, NJ 07874) with BB and archery shooting sports activities.
- Date #4 on Thursday, 08-02-18, 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Watchung Day Camp (452 New Providence Rd, Mountainside, NJ 07092) with BB and archery shooting aports activities and a family campfire to follow.

The event is sponsored by the membership team of the local Patriots’ Path Council Boy Scouts of America. Parents are required to attend with their child or have another parent assigned to supervise their child.
