NUTLEY, NJ - Officers of the Nutley Police Department filed charges against a 19 year-old Belleville man in connection with a series of thefts from motor vehicles in the Township of Nutley on July 19. 

The thefts took place on Sunday, July 19. On Monday, July 20, the police issued a statement requesting the public's assistance in identifying one of the actors. The actor was caught on camera entering a vehicle in town. Shirtless, Masked Bandit Target Unlocked Vehicles in Nutley

On July 22, the Nutley Police Department reported that an 18-year-old Nutley man has been arrested and charged in connection with breaking into multiple vehicles in the township. The resident was also charged with stealing one vehicle.

Today we learn that an accomplice, Anthony Carbley of Belleville was charged with Conspiracy Third Degree for this role in multiple thefts from motor vehicles on July 19.
