WEST ORANGE, NJ - A bronze plaque was recently dedicated to the late Gina Zullo at Wachovia Wolf Woods at Turtle Back Zoo in West Orange. Zullo was a part of the Zoo team for 27 years, serving as an animal keeper, zoo curator, zoo supervisor, and acting director.

On hand to celebrate Zullo's life were Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo, Zoological Society of New Jersey Executive Director Adam Kerins, Zoo Director Brint Spencer and Zullo's three sons, BJ, Andy and George Galanoplos.

Zullo was instrumental in the development of the new natural habitat themed animal exhibits, especially Wolf Woods.
