Berkeley Heights Police Youth Academy Accepting Registrations For Summer Program

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - The Berkeley Heights Police Youth Academy, a program that allows the youth of the community to interact with law enforcement officers from around the region, is accepting registrations for the 2014 summer program .

The officers of the Berkeley Heights Police Department are the cornerstone of the Youth Academy program. This program intends to develop a close relationship between law enforcement and the young people of our township in a positive atmosphere focused on learning. In addition to the members of the BHPD, other agencies will educate and inform the program cadets. This program will provide insight on local, state, and federal officers.

2014 Youth Academy Dates:

Grades 9-12, July 7-11 9:00am-3:00pm

Grades 2-4, July 14-18 10:00am-1:00pm

Grades 5-8, July 21-25 10:00am-3:00pm

GRADES 5-8 (for those who have previously attended our academy),
July 28- Aug 1 10:00am-3:00pm

Registration Fee: $40.00

Applications are available at Berkeley Heights Police Headquarters.
