BHCP Celebrates 50 Years With Summer Party Fundraiser, Saturday, July 19


BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - The Berkeley Heights Community Pool will be continuing its 50th Anniversary celebration with the Summer Party Fundraiser going on all day this Saturday, July 19. It will be open to members as well as non-members.

There will be activities going on from noon to 4 p.m. During this time, there will be a DJ, dunk tank, games, prizes and arts and crafts. Kayla’s Creative Art Studio will be running painting sessions and Pete’s Place Family Restaurant @ Yogoccino will be there barbecuing.

Also going on will be the basket raffle, which has been open to the public since the beginning of the summer. The drawing will occur at the end of the party.

“We are so appreciative of all the organizations who have helped make this day, and all our open houses, successful,” said board member Erin Buckley. “Taylor Rental, Rita’s Ice, Pearly Whites Pediatric Dentistry and Family Orthodontics, the YMCA, Berkeley Hardware, Kayla's Creative Art Studio, City Sounds and Pete's Place have been generous to us and we are so grateful.”

Board President Arthur Barbera added, “Above all, we have to thank our members who are the ones who make everything worthwhile.”
