BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - The Berkeley Heights Community Pool swim team started off its season on a high note with a victory over Verona on Monday night at home.

Berkeley Heights was able to hold a comfortable lead for the majority of the meet after a strong start in the individual medleys.

The most exciting race of the meet was the last, when Berkeley Heights swept the 13-and-over coed free relay to secure the victory. The best swim of the race came from Ava Delargy, who, as the leadoff swimmer, created an impressive lead over the rest of the swimmers that contributed greatly to the win.
