ROSELLE, NJ – Do you know what’s happening this week at the Roselle Library? There’s a lot to check out and its not just books, so check out this list of events for the week of March 18, through March 23.

Monday-March 18th-Adelante Alliance:  Ana Rodriguez with Secondary 10 a.m. - Noon.  (Adult Education Program) This offers bilingual secondary education for people.

Make It Monday - 3:30 p.m. - Stop in the library for a DIY craft. Work on it at the library or take it home.

Tuesday-March 19th - Adelante Alliance-Karla Quinonez -Ruggiero GED Program 10 a.m. - Noon (Adult Education Program). This offers bilingual education for people seeking their GED degrees.

S.T.E.A.M. 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. - Make marbled milk paper at the library.  Grades K-5.

Wednesday-March 20th  - Culinary Literacy -  3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Brownie Madness-create different snacks with brownies as the basic ingredient. Grades 6-12.

Author Speaks series - 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. - Celebrating Women’s History Month-all ages welcome.

Thursday, March 21st - Adelante Alliance-Karla Quinonez -Ruggiero GED Program 10 a.m. - Noon (Adult Education Program). This offers bilingual education for people seeking their GED degrees.

Adelante Alliance-Chris Campos Math 10 a.m. - Noon (Adult Education Program).  This is a bilingual math program.                         

Toddler Storytime 11a.m.-11:30 a.m. (Caregiver and Toddler Program). A reading and coloring program for toddlers and their caregivers to introduce them to the library as part of The Roselle Public Library’s 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten Program--a partnership with the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders and The Friends of The Roselle Public Library). 

Adelante Alliance-Secondary/Elementary Classes Noon-2pm (Adult Education Program). This program offers bilingual secondary education.

Chess and Checkers Club 3:30-4:30 p.m. (Youth Program). Enjoy games of strategy at the library. 

Friday, March 22nd - Lego Program 3:30-4:30 p.m. (Youth Program). Let your imagination run wild and create with Legos.

Saturday, March 23rd  - Makers Day - 11 a.m. -1 p.m.  Open to all grades-come and make and explore at the library-different maker stations available!
