KENILWORTH, NJ – The Borough of Kenilworth recently presented a Mayoral Proclamation at the council meeting on September 23, 2020, to proclaim October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

One in eight women in the United States will develop breast cancer, and although significantly less common, men are also susceptible. As stated in the proclamation “this October we take time to recognize the hard-working citizens, organizations, and health care providers working toward a cure, and we honor all breast cancer survivors and victims for their strength, grace, and perseverance.”
