Cuellar, Esperanza Porras-Field, Felix Sanchez, and Laura Ziegert will be honored on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at the Hilton Short Hills in Short Hills for serving as exemplary role models for the youth of our area.  These recipients are chosen for their outstanding services as evidenced by the interest and leadership they have demonstrated within the Hispanic/Latino community.  They are citizens who live the ideals of the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives. The 2011 Dinner Chairman is Jose Nino, President of Care Alternative.

Lastly, this event also allows for Scout Packs and Troops to operate and includes the cost of stipend leadership and Latina Program Directors. There are 5,000 youth served in this program. For their outstanding example to the youth of their communities, the Boy Scouts of America salutes Elizabeth Chalas Berman, Rafael Cuellar, Esperanza Porras-Field, Felix Sanchez, and Laura Ziegert.
