SUMMIT, NJ - Superintendent of Schools Scott Hough and Brayton Elementary School Principal Dr. Cheryl Moretz, in a December 3 letter to the "Brayton School Community" subsequently obtained by TAPinto Summit, have disclosed that an "individual" at the school has tested positive for.COVID-19 and that the school building will be closed tomorrow, December 4, "in order to provide our nurses and health officials time to conduct contact tracing without risking the health of our school community."

Instruction at the school will be conducted remotely on December 4, and in-person instruction will resume on December 7.
