In honor of Brooke, and to promote research to cure pediatric brain tumors, The Brooke Healey Foundation will likely hold three fundraisers a year. A golf outing, Bikers for Brooke motorcycle run and Brooketoberfest. Brooketoberfest will be the last major fundraiser of 2013.
"Brooke is still the miracle, throughout her journey, she has created bonds with people from all over the world. love, support, compassion.. all the things that most people felt were missing in today's society, she brought forth in everyone she touched. Her legacy is and will always be that of love. That's a pretty amazing accomplishment for a 5-year-old little girl,"  said Donato Curcio, cousin of Stefanie.
