Caldwell Police Seek Public's Help Returning Property to Individual Associated with Photos

CALDWELL, NJ - Recently, property was turned into the Caldwell Police Department and police are seeking to identify who the owner may be. Included with the property were two photos. Readers with children may want to consider asking them if they recognize the younger persons in the photo. The young girl in the yellow dress is the only person in both of the photos.

"We are requesting assistance from the public to help us locate the owner of these pictures," commented Caldwell Police Chief James Bongiorno. "These photos were part of property turned into our department and we believe this property is of sentimental value and we would like to use all means possible to return it to the owner.

Anyone who recognizes any of the individuals in the photos should call 973-226-2600 and ask to speak with Sergeant Arnold or Detective Apicella.

"Additionally, if the person could let the individuals themselves know so that they can contact the Caldwell Police Department to retrieve their property that would be very helpful," Bongiorno added. "We thank everyone in advance for their assistance. We feel the property turned into us is important to them and we would like to see it returned to the owners."
