The Reporter Online reports Moats was both angry and upset during the 15-minute testimony of the alleged victim in the robbery and assault.

The alleged victim testified he was severly intoxicated—more than 10 beers deep—by the early morning hours of Oct. 20, when he left Panico's in Lansdale with Moats and her alleged co-conspirator, Jennifer Quelly, 26, of Lansdale, per the report. He said he could not remember how he escaped the car. When pressed in cross examination, he said, despite being intoxicated, he remembered not propositioning either girl, per the report.

Moats was wanted since Nov. 6, 2013 and was nabbed by Montgomery County Sheriffs on March 10 in Lansdale. Moats' mother gave The Reporter a list of reasons for her daughter, who is also a mother, not turning herself in to police, claiming someone "dimed out" Moats.
