Chatham Board of Education Congratulates CHS Swim Teams, Fencing Team for State Wins

CHATHAM, NJ - The Chatham Board of Education offered its congratulations Monday night to the Chatham High School boys' and girls' swim team and the fencing team for winning their respective state championships.

This was the first time the boys' and girls' swim teams have won in the same year. Board members also congratulated the wrestling team, which is currently having a record-setting season of 5-12-1.

In other business during the 20-minute meeting, all the agenda items were passed unanimously, including one that eliminates whole milk from the school cafeterias per state law.

The open finance meeting will be held on Feb. 25 at 6:30 p.m. at the Library of the Chathams. The regular Board of Education meeting will follow at 7:30 p.m. at the middle school library.
