This prestigious award recognizes distinguished professionals in the human resources field who make noteworthy contributions to both their organization and the community. Select Health of South Carolina, the state’s oldest and largest Medicaid managed care organization, is headquartered in North Charleston, S.C. Powell, originally from Chatham, N.J., resides on James Island in Charleston, S.C.
