CHATHAM, NJ -  The Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township raised $36,000 for mission work when it held its  "What We Wore" fashion show recently.

On Nov. 20, 310 women gathered to for the event and 100 women participated in some way to make the day a success.  Outfits ranged from vintage gym bloomers, a McDonald’s uniform, letter sweater, girl scout uniforms to an outfit worn to Woodstock and the "Little Black Dress."

The event was held at Fairmount Country Club and was the brainchild of Jennifer Cosgrove and Ann Whitman, both of Chatham.  An auction, silent auction, luncheon, fashion show, take home memory book and video were seamlessly tied together to make this a once-in-a-lifetime fundraising event.

Established in 1950, The Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township is located at 240 Southern Boulevard.  For more information, please call the Church Office at 973-635-2340 or visit the website at www.pcct-nj.org.
