August 29, 2013 at 7:25 PM

CHATHAM, NJ -  R.J. Maloney, coach of the sixth-grade Chatham Cougars, has been at the Lum turf every evening for the past two weeks getting ready for the Chatham Youth League season, which begins the weekend of Sept. 14.

USA Football and the NFL have joined together to teach "Heads Up Football," training that will help curb the chance of a concussion on the football field.

Below, coach Dan Moskowitz teaches the fifth-grade Cougars how to keep their heads up while making a tackle.
