CRANFORD - Cranford High School head girls lacrosse and field hockey coach Samantha Berk is once again hosting a one-week summer camp for athletes looking to improve their skills set. 

The camp will be held, rain or shine, on Monday, July 22 through Thursday, July 25 at Memorial Turf Field with two-a-day sessions. The first session will be girls lacrosse from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Following a 30-minute lunch break (11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.), the field hockey session will go from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. 

Girls in second through incoming ninth grade are eligible to sign up. For one session, the cost is $175. Save $25 by bundling both for $325.

Players must bring a lacrosse or field hockey stick, goggles, mouth guard, water, and a healthy snack. Players must also bring turf cleats AND sneakers in the case of inclement weather. 

To sign up, you must fill out the registration form and make a check payable to SMB Sports LLC and specify LAX, FH, or COMBO in the notes section. You can mail the check to SMB Sports LLC, 700 Grove Street, Jersey City, NJ, 07310. Registration form and check are due no later than July 8 to guarentee your t-shirt.
