CLARK, NJ – A couple returning to their home on Monday evening was approached by two unknown men while exiting their vehicle.  According to Clark Police Chief Pedro Matos, the male homeowner was immediately punched in the face by one of the suspects as the assailants attempted to take the keys to the couple’s white Maserati, a watch, purse and other personal items.

The couple resisted but the suspects managed to get away with cash, keys and credit cards.  Matos said the two black males in hoodies fled the scene in a dark 4-door sedan with tinted windows, which is thought to be a Mazda.  The first suspect was wearing blue sweatpants, patent leader Jordan sneakers, and a long sleeve grey shirt over a green hoodie.   He is thought to be around six feet tall with a slim build.   The second suspect is estimated to be the same size and was wearing tan swetpants with a grey hoodie.
