The Clark Police Department submitted the following:

July 22, 2014 - In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway northbound ramp, police arrested Justin Parks, age 25, single, unemployed of 776 Lafayette Avenue, Apt. #3 in Brooklyn, New York for credit card theft, credit card fraud, theft by deception and  possession of  a fraudulent government document.  Bail was set at $25,000.00, and he was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Det. Antonio Manata was the Arresting Officer. Time 17:35.

July 24, 2014 - At 76 Central Avenue, police arrested Alie Bangura, age 27, married, a student of 154 Belmont Avenue, Apt. #2 in Jersey City, New Jersey credit card theft and theft by deception.  Bail was set at $50,000.00.  Also arrested was Amadu Tarawally, age 29, married, unemployed of 209 Neptune Avenue in Jersey City, New Jersey for credit card theft and theft by deception.  Bail was set at $42,500.00. Both men were subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.  Det. Antonio Manata was the Arresting Officer. Time 13:31.

July 27, 2014 - In the vicinity of 29 Linda Lane, police arrested Jonathan Ortiz, age 24, single, unemployed of 226 Mather Street in Hartford, Connecticut for receiving stolen property.  He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.  P.O. Ricardo Oliveira was the Arresting Officer. Time 21:45.

July 27, 2014 - Police took a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle that was parked At a residence at 50 Lupine Way.  The incident is under investigation. P.O. Christopher Tuccio was the Investigating Officer. Time 15:50

July 28, 2014 - At 67 Walnut Avenue, police arrested John Meek, age 23, single, a machine operator of 124 Pershing Avenue in Roselle Park, New Jersey for possession of CDS.  He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.  Det. Antonio Manata was the Arresting Officer. Time 09:51.
