Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Top Agent Passes $1 Billion Career Sales

Pruzon ranks No. 1 at Short Hills real estate office for 17 consecutive years

SHORT HILLS, N.J. (March 25, 2014) – Elaine Pruzon, a sales associate affiliated with the Short Hills office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, has ranked as the No. 1 real estate agent in the company out of approximately 3,000 agents for 2013. Pruzon achieved approximately $90 million in closed sales volume for the year. This is the second consecutive year that Pruzon has attained the prestigious achievement of No.1 agent, and the fourth time in the past five years.

Pruzon, a long-time Short Hills resident, has also been the No. 1 sales associate at the Short Hills office for 17 consecutive years and is one of the top-performing real estate agents in the Short Hills/Millburn marketplace. Overall, Pruzon has attained over $1 billion in closed home sales during more than 20 years in real estate.
