Congregation Beth Israel to Hold Community Seder on Second Night of Passover

SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ -- Congregation Beth Israel in Scotch Plains will hold a community Seder on the second night of Passover, Tuesday, April 15, at 6:30 p.m.  The Seder is open to both members and non-members of the synagogue.

Cantor Matt Axelrod of Congregation Beth Israel will lead the family-friendly seder.

Congregation Beth Israel is a traditional yet egalitarian Conservative synagogue, serving Scotch Plains, Fanwood, Westfield and surrounding towns.   The community Seder will be strictly kosher for Passover.

For more information or to make reservations, contact the synagogue office at (908) 889-1830 or at  Adults cost $25 per person and children cost $13 per person (5 years old and under).  Congregation Beth Israel is located at 18 Shalom Way, Scotch Plains, New Jersey (at the corner of Martine Avenue).
