UNION, NJ - Even remotely from their homes, students and staff at Connecticut Farms Elementary School were able to celebrate and participate in National Unity Day on Wednesday.
Unity Day is an annual event sponsored by PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center. Connecticut Farms students and staff wore orange to show their unity and support in speaking out against bullying.
Schools participate in National Unity Day and wear orange to show the collective fight against bullying and the goal of kindness, acceptance, and inclusion.
