CORAL SPRINGS, FL - Coral Springs has a new date for its first drive-in movie event which was postponed on Sept. 12 due to bad weather.

Coral Springs City Manager Frank Babinec said the new date for the ‘Far Out Flicks’ Drive-In Movie Night will be Nov. 20.

Those with tickets who are unable to attend the new date will be able to turn in their tickets so others could watch the movie, Babinec said.

The movie on Sept. 12 was sold out within hours after ticket reservations opened up on Aug. 28.

City officials at the time said they were planning at least one more drive-in movie.
