I’d like to thank those who helped work on my campaign, put signs on their lawns, and especially the voters of the 4th Ward for their continued support. It was a challenge going door to door this year with my recent heath scare which only makes this opportunity even more meaningful. I have again been given a privilege and a responsibility and will do my best to represent the residents of Ward 4 as they expect.
I’d also like to thank my family for their support and for allowing me to spend the time to try and make Hawthorne a better place to live. Without their support, I could not commit the time or energy to represent the residents of Ward 4 and the rest of our community.
Now that the demanding work of the campaign is behind us, it’s time to look forward and focus on the issues at hand. Campaigns can tend to create divisions between friends and neighbors but remember, we are all part of one community. It’s time to put politics to sleep and get back to working together again.
I am very grateful and looking forward to working with my fellow elected officials and the administration in the upcoming term on behalf of our residents. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any issue you may have.
