Creative Costumes Capture Halloween Spirit at South Orange Festival

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ -- Children of all ages in a wide variety of costumes gathered around Wanda the Giant Witch as spooky music played throughout the Spiotta Park on Halloween. .

Judges awarded prizes in categories such as best pet costume and best family ensemble, which has been won three years in a row by the Leeb family.

Around 5 p.m. children began lining up for the parade around the town, which would be followed by trick-or-treating. Local merchants handed out candy.
