Cub Scout Pack 98 experienced Night Flight, an overnight stay at the Philadelphia Zoo on Saturday, Mar. 1st

Night Flight participants hiked the zoo in the dark, met animal keepers, and solved an environmental mystery.  The theme for 2014 is to Save The Big Cats.  Cubs learned about lions, tigers, jaguars, cheetahs, and pumas, among others.

The Cubs, ranging from 1st to 5th graders, also visited reptile and primate exhibits at the Philadelphia Zoo, which bills itself as America's first zoo.  It is home to more than 1,300 animals, many of them rare and endangered.
