With many people working from home and other effects of the coronavirus pandemic, the real estate market in New Jersey has been red hot.  What is the current state of the market now and what might the future hold?  In light of these questions, TAPinto has launched its second signature virtual event, a panel discussion entitled, Current State of the New Jersey Real Estate Market & Its Future Outlook, on April 13, 2021 at 6 p.m.  This virtual panel discussion is free to attend, but registration is required.

The panel will feature Charles Oppler, President of the National Association of Realtors, 2021, and CEO of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, and James Brown, Senior Vice President of Residential Lending at Investors Bank.  The panel will be moderated by Communications Consultant Bruno Tedeschi.

The panel will address topics including the impact of the recent influx of people moving to New Jersey, what can New Jersey do to retain its residents, how has COVID impacted the New Jersey real estate market, and is it a good time to refinance, among other issues.  Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions for the panel, as well.

“TAPinto is honored to host this signature event to discuss the important issues impacting the New Jersey real estate market, which affects the great majority of residents in New Jersey,” said Michael Shapiro, Founder and CEO of TAPinto. “We are blessed with a stellar panel to discuss these critical issues and provide key insights that will inform and educate our readers.”
