LIVINGSTON, NJ -- Recently, David B. Wolfe, Esq., Skoloff & Wolfe P.C., served as Moderator at The National Apartment Summit Series, which was held at the Crowne Plaza Philadelphia-Cherry Hill. This was the second time Wolfe was involved as either a moderator or panelist in this series of Summits. The event was attended by senior-level commercial real estate and service providers.
The Panel, “Trenton & Princeton Multifamily Focus: Analysis of New Buyers and Rental Growth,” focused on the opportunities and challenges in Princeton, Trenton, Philadelphia, and the surrounding areas.
