DENVILLE, NJ -- Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp, Acting Morris County Prosecutor’s Office Chief of Investigations Christoph Kimker and Police Chief Frank Perna of the Denville Township Police Department announced in a press release on Friday, May, 17, that Paul Iantosca, age 52, of Randolph, New Jersey, has been charged with one count of luring, one count of attempted sexual assault, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. Iantosca is the principal at Valleyview Middle School in Denville, New Jersey.
According to the release, these charges relate to actions Iantosca is alleged to have engaged in with a 16 year old former student. Iantosca has been charged and is currently being held at the Morris County Correctional Facility.
Denville Superintendent of Schools Steven Forte was unavailable for questions or comments, and no further information will be released by the Prosecutor’s Office or Denville Police at this time. More information will be provided by TAPinto as it becomes available.
