CORAL SPRINGS, FL – Despite the rain and concerns over Covid-19, a long line of voters wrapped around the Northwest Regional Library building in Coral Springs as soon as the early-voting site opened Monday morning.

It stayed that way for much of the first day of early voting -- not just in Coral Springs but across many other locations in Broward County and Florida, according to media reports.

Polls at 22 voting locations around Broward County will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. from Oct. 19 through Nov. 1.

Our newsletter delivers the local news that you can trust.

To vote, voters must have their identification.

Also, voters can drop off their Vote-By-Mail ballot at any early voting location.
