ANY OTHER INFORMATION: Sgt. O'Shea stopped Smith's vehicle when he saw one of its brake lights out.  He found Smith had been drinking alcohol.  Smith was given field sobriety tests and failed.  She was arrested, taken to headquarters, given the alcotest, charged and later released to a friend.
