In an affidavit from an unidentified Special Agent, who identifies as “One of the investigators assigned to an ongoing investigation by the FBI, United States Capitol Police, Metropolitan Police Department, and other law enforcement agencies, of riots and civil disorder that occurred on January 6, 2021, in and around the United States Capitol grounds.”

Most of the evidence against Quaglin came for his own statements online in which he described his participation in what the FBI calls “the breach” of the Capitol.  He describes himself as a Donald Trump loyalist who believed that 2020 election was illegitimate.  On social media he said, “Stand back. Stand by. Trump might walk away losing the presidential election in 2020 due to fraudulent voting. (I highly doubt that, but it might happen). The only way he walks away from the presidency, without being taken away in handcuffs and not completely sparking a civil f****** war is as follows: VOTER. ID. LAW. has to be passed by all 3 branches, and the house and Senate. It will be a unanimous vote. If trump steps down, this must happen. Otherwise, #letshaveawar.”

Images of Quaglin have appeared on Fox News and on the internet on various platforms. He has been an active commenter on a variety of online sites.

His recent posts have included searches involving citizenship in other countries.
