East Orange Has Two Winners at Essex County Fishing Derby

ORANGE, NJ - Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. announced that Tyler Tolson from East Orange caught the first fish in the boys' category and the most fish in the boys' 11-15 age category during the Essex County Fishing Derby in Essex County Monte Irvin Orange Park on Saturday, June 9th. He caught his first fish four minutes into the contest and caught a total of two fish. 

The County Executive also congratulates Jamarian Robinson from East Orange for catching the most fish in the boys' 6-10 age category during the Essex County Fishing Derby in Essex County Irvington Park on Thursday, June 7th. He caught two fish.

The next fishing derby is Thursday, June 14th in Essex County South Mountain Recreation Complex. For information, call the Essex County Department of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs at 973-735-6228.
