East Orange Taylor to Present First State of the City Address

EAST ORANGE, NJ - Mayor Lester E. Taylor III will deliver his first State of the City address on Monday, May 5 at the City Council Chambers.

Taylor will offer insight into his vision for meeting the challenges faced by the City and discuss the ways his administration is already enhancing services during its first four months in office to make East Orange an even better place to live, work and play.

Mayor Taylor will present his first State of the City address at 6 p.m. on Monday, May 5, at City Council Chambers, 44 City Hall Plaza, East Orange, NJ 07017.

Juvenile Arrested in the Murder of Orange Livery Cab Driver

ORANGE, NJ  – Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn A. Murray and Orange Police Director Todd Warren announced today that a male juvenile, age 16, has been arrested in connection with the shooting murder of Jonas Larose, age 55, which occurred on November 30, 2016 on the 200 block of Snyder Street in the City of Orange.
