EAST ORANGE, NJ - The City of East Orange is set to host its first Pop-Up Holiday Market opening up on Saturday, December 8 at 15-33 Halsted Street at Brick Church Train Station (formerly home of the Social Security Office).
The market will give shoppers access to over 30 small and unique vendors featuring a variety of goods and services including vintage and sustainable fashion, wearable art, personal body care, natural-crafted products, accessories and holiday gifts.
The pop-up experience is meant to provide residents with an innovative and affordable way to shop this holiday season, while also giving retailers an opportunity to introduce new items in a temporary space.
This entrepreneurial collective is co-coordinated under the leadership of the Department of Policy, Planning and Development and Pop-Up Operators Commercial Realtor Melvin Sykes and Vintage Expert Bridgett Artise.
The East Orange Pop-Up will officially open on Saturday, December 8 from 11am-8pm and will continue to run Tuesday-Sunday until December 31 with an extended pop-up market expected to run through the end of February 2019.
