Essex County Executive Divincenzo and Orange Mayor Warren Announce Upgrades To Enhance Access To Monte Irvin Orange Park

ORANGE, NJ - Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr., Orange Mayor Dwayne Warren and the Orange City Council announced infrastructure upgrades that will enhance public access to Essex County Monte Irvin Orange Park. New crosswalks, sidewalk ramps, pathways and roadway striping along Oakwood Avenue make it safer and easier for senior citizens residing at Mount Carmel Towers, Oakwood Towers and Orange Park Apartments to visit and enjoy the park.

Joining the County Executive (center) officials from the City of Orange; Councilman Kerry Coley and Business Administrator Willis Edwards, Former Councilwoman Linda Jones-Bell, Orange Resident Pat Hampton, Director of Public Works & Planning for the City of Orange Marty Mayes, Freeholder Vice President Patricia Sebold, Essex County Department of Citizen Services Deputy Director Kenneth Garrett and St. Matthew AME Church member Roz Samuels.
