Fairfield’s Newest Restaurant, Nikko Hibachi Steakhouse, Celebrates with Ribbon Cutting

FAIRFIELD, NJ - Nikko Hibachi Steakhouse and Lounge, a new establishment located in Fairfield, officially opened on Dec. 19 with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The owner, Kevin Chen, was joined for the occasion by a group of local residents which included Fairfield Business Administrator Joseph Catenaro, Fairfield Council President Michael McGlynn, Fairfield Councilman John LaForgia, representatives from the Fairfield Fire Department, North Essex Chamber of Commerce President Jo Ann Short and chamber members.

Nikko Hibachi is located at the La Quinta Inn38 Two Bridges Rd, Fairfield. The restaurant serves Asian Fusion cuisine that includes everything from sushi to hibachi.

Short was at the event to officially welcome Chen and his new restaurant to the Chamber. “We are thrilled to welcome Nikko Hibachi to Fairfield and to the North Essex Chamber and share in their grand opening,“ Short commented. “We wish them much success in their beautiful new establishment.”
